Hangfeng’s work sits between art and functional objects. Design projects that he has accomplished include: Year of Hudec, High Magazine, Rodeo Magazine, and the well-known Logomania projects where he takes the logos of familiar brands and weaves them into an array of intricate patterns. His works have been shown in galleries and art museums from Paris, Manchester, Sydney, etc. He plays the important role of art direction in the des:glory team.

Vincent Chan 陈振华

He is the first generation of Hong Kong people who came to mainland China to operate and plan for brands.He has worked in a series of business management positions including brand planning and project management. In addition, he has 30 years of experience in retail management and planning in mainland China. Some of the industries he has covered include fashion, retail, and department store collections. He has extensive experience in material application and space engineering design. He joins des:glory for designing and implementing solutions and consultancy services.
Some of the clients he has worked with include: H. K. Brand Centre, Hong Kong New World Department Store, Shui On Group, Sichuan BRC Group, Ping An of China, K11 LOL, LaStoreHouse Pet Club, Zoo Coffee, M&G stationery, and so on.
来中国大陆经营及策划品牌的第一代香港人。曾从事关于商业及品牌策划管理、工程管理的执行等一系列经营管理职务，具有30年中国大陆零售管理及策划经验。接触过的行业跨越时尚、零售、百货集合店。对空间设计中的材料运用和工程指导有着丰富的经验。加入des:glory主要负责设计执行方案及工程顾问服务。

Allen has worked at Stephenson & Turner Architecture in New Zealand and has accomplished projects like Sofitel Wellington hotel, reconstruction of Aotea Center Theatre, product development and design for furniture brand Amazing Space, and office furniture design for Damen. In China, he has directed space identity design for brands like Wing On Department Store, Citysuper, and Osmun.
曾就职于新西兰著名建筑设计公司，主要作品有新西兰惠灵顿索菲特酒店、新西兰奥克兰奥体广场剧院改建、“Amazing Space”家具品牌的开发和设计、“Damen”办公家具设计，回国后又主持了永安百货、citysuper、欧诗漫等品牌空间形象设计。
